Parameters
Parameter | Type | Description |

baseLevelId | ElementId | The element id of a level in the project or InvalidElementId. If InvalidElementId, then the underlay base level is not set and no elements will be displayed as underlay. |
topLevelId | ElementId | The element id of a level in the project or InvalidElementId. If InvalidElementId, then the underlay range is unbounded. |
