Description:
Checks whether a symbol can be specified to display a given unit.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	unitTypeId is not a unit identifier. See UnitUtils.IsUnit(ForgeTypeId) and UnitUtils.GetUnitTypeId(DisplayUnitType).
ArgumentNullException	A non-optional argument was null
