ColumnAttachment.IsValidTarget(Boolean, Element)

Method

Description:
Says whether the element can be used as a target for a new attachment.

Remarks:
Valid targets are roofs, floors, ceilings, levels. Beams and braces are valid targets, except for slanted columns.
